Multi-channel alerts

Our notification and alert system has the capability of sending customized alerts to your cardholders, on select conditions and  through various different channels, such as SMS, E-mail and messaging applications(Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook messenger).

Alerts can be sent during authorizations, balance or credit limit changes, status movements(block/close card), statement generation, customer detail modification and many other possible conditions.

Alert profiles are can be configured per individual card or applied broadly to entire card portfolios. The AEON API suite can enable your cardholders to set their own notification preferences.
